Easton is seeking an on-siteHuman Resources Manager to join our team in a hands-on leadership role supporting employees and managers across the company. This role is an excellent opportunity for a current HR professional seeking to transition into their first formal leadership position and expand their strategic HR experience. The HR Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. Additionally, this position will partner closely with leadership, influence organizational initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the employee experience and future direction of Human Resources at Easton.


What You'll Do

Employee Relations & Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance on performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate communication of company initiatives, policy updates, and organizational changes.
  • Coordinate employee recognition activities and company-sponsored events to promote employee engagement.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events and maintain external recruiting partnerships.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

  • Support compensation programs, market benchmarking, and annual compensation planning.
  • Review and maintain job descriptions and organizational structures.
  • Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment activities, and employee support.
  • Ensure accurate HRIS data management and payroll oversight.
  • Administer leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and partner with EHS as needed on workers' compensation.

Compliance & Organizational Development

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate required government reporting and audits.
  • Support leadership development, training initiatives, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness efforts.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Five years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
  • Experience partnering with managers and supporting a diverse manufacturing workforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong internal customer focus and commitment to employee service.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Limited travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
