The HR Manager serves as a strategic HR partner for our manufacturing site, overseeing day-to-day HR operations while supporting the organization''s talent and workforce needs. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, company policies, and applicable employment laws, while providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and development.
