Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end new hire onboarding process, including conducting pre-employment due diligence. Assist in streamlining and optimizing onboarding procedures to enhance efficiency while maintaining robust risk control measures. Assist in monitoring recruitment vendor expenses and service quality to ensure compliance with contractual terms and service standards. Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or other related disciplines • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources or relevant experience • Experience in Application Tracking System is highly preferred • Possess good understanding of recruitment practices and procedures • Meticulous, mature, independent with strong sense of responsibility • Good computer literacy in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PPT • Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
