Position Overview:
The People & Culture (P&C) Manager will serve as the lead human resources partner supporting TELUS Digital's North American operations. Reporting to the P&C Director - North America, this role is responsible for executing human resources strategies and initiatives that align with broader organizational objectives across the U.S. and Canada while ensuring the unique needs of the U.S. business are effectively supported.
As a key member of the P&C leadership structure within TELUS Digital, the P&C Manager will partner closely with Operations leadership to drive organizational performance, employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence. This position will oversee a team of P&C Business Partners and provide leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure consistent delivery of P&C programs, policies, and employee support services.
The successful candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with demonstrated experience leading P&C initiatives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. This role will play a key part in supporting organizational growth, strengthening employee relations, enhancing retention efforts, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
