Human Resources Manager
Salary: $68,000 - 72,000 Based on Experience

Summary
Responsible for supporting HR, payroll, benefits, and basic bookkeeping functions in a healthcare office. This role serves as the primary contact for employee payroll and benefits questions while ensuring accurate, timely processing of payroll and maintaining financial records in QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

HR & Employee Support
  • Respond to employee questions on payroll, benefits, and HR policies
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and changes
  • Maintain employee files and HR records
  • Coordinate with Paychex HR support as needed

Payroll 
  • Process biweekly payroll (hourly & salaried)
  • Review payroll registers for accuracy (wages, deductions, PTO, adjustments)
  • Manage payroll changes (hires, terminations, pay/benefit updates)
  • Maintain payroll records and support reconciliation

Bookkeeping
  • Maintain financial records
  • Assist with accounts payable and invoice tracking
  • Support reconciliations and basic journal entries
  • Help ensure accurate expense and payment records

General Administration
  • Maintain confidential HR and financial records
  • Support reporting, audits, and special projects
  • Improve office and HR/finance processes as needed

Qualifications
  • 3+ years HR, payroll, bookkeeping, or office administration experience
  • Payroll processing experience required
  • Benefits administration experience required
