Manager partners with the Human Resources Director, Human Resources
Team, and site leadership to proactively manage and deliver human
resources strategies, processes and services and executes our people
initiatives and drives HR functional excellence and process improvement.

career development, succession planning, compensation guidance, employee
relations, employee retention, engagement and leadership effectiveness
issues. 5. Focus HR initiatives to meet operational goals and business
objectives, managing the day-to-day HR activities. 6. Mentor, develop
and coach staff providing guidance, leadership and coaching to achieve
results. 7. Provide HR expertise to all levels of management and
