We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Manager to undertake a variety of HR management duties. The HR Manager is responsible for performing Human Resources initiatives in support of company strategy working directly with Executive Management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, HR information systems, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Head recruiter
- Coordinate with all temp agencies
- Create relationships with local tech schools and colleges
- Job fairs
- Social media broadcast
- Initial interviewer and cultural index expert
- Manage Offers, Drug Testing, Background Checks, Reference Checks
- On boarding
- Electronic application through complete hiring process as well as exit
- Orientation for new employees
- Time Clock, Security, Dress Code
- Head of Training
- Manage record keeping for training, training matrix, and ensure all is up to date
- Perform required training for managers and employees
- Manage Personal Performance reviews
- Coordinate a common approach to task
- Ensure all reviews are completed in a timely manner

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Three-five years of human resource experience.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certifications a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to travel as needed.
