Responsibilities
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff coordination processes
Support employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
Coordinate scheduling support and workforce planning
Assist leadership with team development and performance management
Ensure a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Support training and onboarding of new hires
Help maintain clear communication across teams
