The HR Manager serves as a strategic Human Resources partner to operational leaders, aligning HR strategies and practices with business objectives. This role provides HR leadership and consultative support across employee relations, workforce initiatives, and organizational goals while identifying potential barriers to business success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of general Human Resources experience.
• 2-3 years of employee relations experience.
• 2-3 years of Leadership experience.
• Prior healthcare experience required.
