Human Resources Manager

Required Experience:

  1. 1–2 years of Human Resources experience required
  2. Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, hospital, or clinical setting preferred
  3. Knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and workplace compliance
  4. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  5. Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred

Preferred Education

  1. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  2. HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus

The Difference You’ll Make

  1. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of healthcare staff
  2. Assist with employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
  3. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and healthcare regulations
  4. Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  5. Coordinate benefits administration and performance management processes
  6. Partner with leadership to support staffing and workforce initiatives
  7. Help foster a professional, respectful, and patient-focused work environment

Qualifications:

Education Preferred:

  1. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  2. HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus
