Work Schedule & Duration:

· Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week)

· Duration: 3 months (temporary assignment)

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Intern for a 3-month temporary assignment. This role will provide hands-on experience across key HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff, as well as supporting new hire orientation and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Primary Focus):

  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical positions
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards
  • Screen resumes and applications against job requirements
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

Orientation & Onboarding:

  • Assist in planning and facilitating new hire orientation sessions
  • Prepare onboarding materials and employee files
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed and properly filed
  • Support new employees during the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience

Benefits Administration:

  • Provide administrative support for employee benefits programs
  • Assist with employee benefit inquiries and enrollment processes
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation
  • Coordinate with benefits vendors as needed

General HR Support:

  • Perform data entry and maintain HR databases and personnel records
  •  Assist with HR projects and process improvements
  • Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
