Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and enhance HR operations within our organization in Bellevue, Washington. This role is pivotal in shaping workforce strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership and a deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and operational priorities. - Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. - Address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions to maintain a respectful and productive environment. - Lead performance management activities, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and creating development plans. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards to minimize risks and uphold ethical practices. - Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and coordinate development programs. - Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights and support leadership in decision-making. - Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a supportive and welcoming workplace. - Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and meet employee expectations. - Supervise and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and fostering their growth. The pay range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 + discretionary bonus. Benefits: M/D/V 401k with 3% match 2 weeks PTO 7 paid holiday Requirements - Extensive experience in human resources management, including employee relations and HR administration. - Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, such as ADP Workforce Now, for managing HR operations. - Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and onboarding processes. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop HR teams. - Expertise in performance management, goal setting, and employee development. - Familiarity with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards. - Demonstrated ability to analyze HR metrics and use data to drive strategic decisions. - Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
