Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability and comfort level working with all levels of employees in a fast paced and change oriented environment Comfort dealing with ambiguity and navigating ambiguous situations Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously Strong analytical skill set with advanced skills in all Microsoft Suite systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Demonstrated focus on customer service is critical Strong attention to detailThe Human Resource Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting policies and programs covering most, if not all, of the following functions within Human Resources with primary focus on the factory hourly population: talent acquisition and onboarding, employee orientation, employee recognition programs, corrective actions, and investigations. This individual will provide HR assistance to the business unit manufacturing & distribution site and will report to the Sr. HR Manager.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Partner with HR Business Partners to execute on client priorities and support their respective talent strategies and organizational development agendas Communicate and help to implement and/or maintain consistent HR policies and procedures Manage recruiting efforts including initiating requisitions, conducting interviews when needed, and any necessary pre-employment processes Lead the new hire onboarding process Enable effective movement of internal talent by focusing on continuously improving the experience associated with the internal candidate process Responsible for the maintenance of employees electronic/non-electronic files and manage all employee data changes through our HRIS system Support HR team with annual performance review and annual merit sessions setup and presentations Assist with HR on company reports & requests Assist with Leave of Absence and Workers Compensation administration and questions Assist with special projects and other support as needed **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
