    HR Generalist Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
    • 1+ years of human resources experience
    • Bilingual in Korean and English
    • Basic knowledge of COBRA, diversity/EEO, FMLA, and employment regulations preferred
    • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

    • Intellectual curiosity to stay informed on employment laws and HR best practices

    HR Generalist Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters and provide comprehensive support across HR disciplines
    • Participate in developing and refining organizational guidelines and procedures
    • Assist with recruiting by identifying and engaging candidates
    • Investigate employee complaints and help resolve workplace issues
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
    • Partner with Legal and Payroll teams to maintain alignment and respond to compliance inquiries
    • Keep up to date with HR trends and best practices
    • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including scheduling orientation, preparing materials, and supporting benefits enrollment
