Seeking a Human Relations Generalist to support multiple bakery locations and shifts, serving as a key business partner and change agent.
Responsibilities include managing HR functions such as staffing, onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, and policy administration.
Develops associate programs, facilitates talent acquisition, manages performance reviews, and supports organizational change initiatives.
Requires travel, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3+ years HR experience in manufacturing, and strong labor relations skills.
Proficiency in HR systems, excellent communication, multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Must be resourceful, business-minded, and able to engage with all organizational levels.
