Human Resources Specialist - Generalist - WA- June 2025 - 1313
Our client located in Seattle Area is seeking a Human Resources Specialist - Generalist to support HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, and compliance initiatives. The candidate will contribute to talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement programs while ensuring adherence to labor regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity
Assist with compensation, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
Participate in the rollout of HR policies and training programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail.
