Job Summary:
This role manages daily HR operations, including recruiting, employee relations, policy administration, payroll, HRIS, and benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of HR experience in various functions.
- Preferred experience with payroll and HRIS systems, especially UltiPro.
- Strong computer, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and develop HR training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies and manage the hiring process.
- Conduct new employee orientation, manage leave policies, and oversee security badge access.
- Support performance counseling, handle Workers' Compensation claims, and maintain personnel records.
- Prepare reports, assist with benefits and compliance matters, and participate in leadership development.
- Ensure high customer service in all HR functions.
