DescriptionAbout Us: Watch Our Story: About Rex Moore Group, Inc. - YouTubeJob OverviewThe Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including benefits and leave, training on company policies and HR procedures, and enforcing company policies and practices.Key Responsibilities and Essential TasksReviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non‑mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments, including safety training, anti‑harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.Assists in the implementation and creation of employee recognition programs.Supports routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.Handles employment‑related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Builds trusted partnerships with team members through consultative and collaborative efforts.Provides guidance to management to promote and maintain a positive and productive work environment.Guides management in the application and interpretation of policies and procedures.Supports, facilitates, and creates a broad array of HR initiatives including the implementation of programs and processes.Supports the HRBP with the Company's learning and development (L&D) program, including but not limited to the creation, facilitation, and tracking of L&D programs.Creates accurate and compliant job descriptions.Supports the HR Manager in team member career planning to encourage employee satisfaction and retention.Assists with planning and coordinating employee events.Primary support for all HR positions within the department.Performs all other duties as assigned.What's in it for You?We're growing and need people excited about honing their craft and developing their career.
