Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our team during an 8-week leave of absence, with the strong possibility of extending into a long-term or temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns and supporting conflict resolution
- Assist with performance management processes and coaching managers
- Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries
- Process payroll using ADP and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Foster a positive, productive, and compliant workplace environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Experience with employee relations and performance management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
