This role serves as a key resource for employees and management while helping ensure efficient processes and a positive workplace environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentationAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire setup, orientations, exit procedures, and documentationManage employee enrollments for health insurance coverageManage unemployment claims and workers' compensation casesSupport full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewingEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsAnswer employee questions regarding pay, benefits, or policiesProvide general administrative support to the HR function and dealership leadership as neededRequirements4+ years of Human Resources experienceWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionallyExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsHR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plusCompensation & Benefits$50,000 - $60,000 annuallyMedical, dental, and vision insuranceAncillary benefit optionsRetirement planPaid time off (PTO)Paid holidays#J-18808-Ljbffr
