We're seeking an experienced and driven HR Generalist to support and strengthen our HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and make an immediate impact.
Position Summary:
The HR Generalist will manage a broad range of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance and staff development. This role ensures our HR policies and programs are consistently applied across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure accurate documentation of personnel actions.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
