Job Summary

Are you an Human Resource Generalist who is both tactical and strategic? We have a great opportunity for our new company, Evergreen Telehealth. In this newly created role, you'll be responsible for day-to-day employee relations and compliance while also contributing to organizational objectives, performance management, and engagement initiatives. This role will support Evergreen Telehealth while working closely with and following the guidance of the HR leadership of Revelation Pharma, LLC. Job Activities and Responsibilities: The responsibilities listed below are subject to change.

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a point of contact for employees and management of Evergreen.
  • Administer and support full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.)
  • Facilitate new hire orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and HR best practices. Develop and revise policies as required.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions with guidance from HR leadership.
  • Assist with annual performance process set up and facilitation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files within ADPWFN.
  • Coordinate and support training and development initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.
  • Monitor leaves of absence, and accommodation(FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reporting to support decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational changes as needed.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and documentation.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll using ADPWFN.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • ADP WFN experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of multi-state employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ADP Workforce Now.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least three years of human resource management experience.
  • Certification in Human Resources (CP, SCP, PHR, etc.) preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be located in the metro Atlanta area (Kennesaw or surroundings cities).
  • This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days spent in the office.
