We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, building positive employee relationships, and contributing to organizational success.
The Human Resources Generalist will administer a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training, compliance, and HR recordkeeping. This position also plays an important role in coordinating and supporting the company's workplace safety program to help maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
Working closely with leaders and employees throughout the organization, the Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted resource, ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently and align with our company's values, culture, and business objectives. Success in this role requires professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee orientation.
- Support employee relations by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Support performance management processes, employee development, and training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with HR compliance, policy administration, and employment law requirements.
- Coordinate and support the company's safety program, including safety training, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organizational goals.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and clerical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.

Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Two to three years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
