In this role, you'll be involved in a wide variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, training, and employee relations. You'll serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping them navigate policies, resolve concerns, and access the tools and support they need to thrive. What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the Human Resources Manager to support daily HR operations and initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related questions.
- Assist with recruiting activities and candidate selection processes
- Responsible for new hire onboarding and conducting new hire orientation.
- Review and communicate HR policies and recommend updates to support organizational needs and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and utilize HR systems to generate reports, analyze data, and support business decisions.
- Partner with leaders to address employee relations matters by providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Help develop and maintain learning and development programs within our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Gather employee and leadership feedback to identify opportunities for training and professional development.
- Assist with benefits administration, including annual open enrollment and responding to employee benefit inquiries.
- Assist with attendance and leave administration.
- Support unemployment claim management and participate in hearings as needed.
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, employment laws, and emerging technologies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and employee commitment.
- Assist with the administration and continuous improvement of HR programs and processes.
- Promote and uphold a safe work environment by following and supporting all company safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, or electronic recordkeeping systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and exercise sound judgment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably LearnUpon.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach to supporting employees and leaders.

Physical Requirements
This position is primarily office-based and requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods. Occasional domestic travel may be required.
