We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team in our office in Herndon, VA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support regional recruiting and onboarding efforts, including interviews, hiring events, and execution of the integration playbook.
  • Support employee relations activities, including performance conversations, documentation, investigations, and exit interviews.
  • Partner with leaders to execute training and development initiatives and conduct regular project team check-ins.
  • Track performance management activities including new hire follow-ups, coaching needs, and merit/bonus processes.
  • Support regional and jobsite events, foster a culture of care, and conduct regular project site visits.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience; construction industry experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
