The position supports all HR functions for SV/FR locations, including recruiting, orientation, policy administration, associate relations, and communication.
- Assist managers with employee issues, corrective actions, and investigations.
- Help associates with benefits questions and enrollment.
- Manage marketing efforts such as signage, job fairs, and social media.
- Coordinate temporary staffing, track headcount, and inform relevant teams.
- Promote wellness programs, communicate activities, and oversee administrative processes.
- Present new hire orientations and monthly plant meetings.
- Manage FMLA processes using TPA and follow-up with associates.
- Post job openings, review applications, conduct interviews, and make offers.
- Maintain accurate HR records and perform other duties as assigned.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree, 8-10 years of experience including supervisory roles, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ADP is a plus.
