Human Resources Generalist (korean bilingual required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a is a global leader in 3D inspection technology for\nelectronics manufacturing company and is looking for Human Resources Generalist.\n\nLocation: Duluth, GA\n\nResponsibility\n• Responsible for recruitment activities and compliance of hiring process and\nworkforce planning including preparing job descriptions, job posting, phone\nscreening and coordinating interviews\n• Support compensation strategy and administration including job evaluation,\nmarket analysis\n• Provide necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful\ntransition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process\n• Execute offboarding procedures including necessary paperwork and\ntransition \n• Responsible for all employee relations inquires including employee\ngrievances and complaints, conducting investigations\n• Maintain HRIS data integrity for employment records and headcount with\norganization chart\n• Assist in employee performance evaluation process and perform job analysis\n• Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and/or procedures,\ndevelop solution, implement, and provide training as needed \n• Provide administrative supports for office operations\n• Perform other duties assigned\n\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or relevant field• Master's degree\nin Human Resource preferred\n• 3+ years' experience working in HR\n• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills\n• Excellent oral and written communication skills\n• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously\n• Strong understanding of federal, state and local HR regulations\n• Must have excellent work ethics, including a willingness to work the hours\nnecessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater\nthan normal departmental pressures.\n• Experience working with Korean based company a plus\n• Bilingual in Korean, highly desired\n\n\nBenefits\n• Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance at no employee premium (including\ndependent coverage)\n• 401K retirement plan with 5% matching\n• Generous PTO and paid holidays
