Job Title: Part-Time HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Onsite - Canby, OR

Pay Rate: $28-$35 per hour, DOE

Schedule: Part-time, 20-30 hours per week

About the Company

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a growing organization based in Canby, Oregon, seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support their expanding workforce. This role will play a key part in ensuring compliance, strengthening hiring and onboarding processes, and supporting day-to-day HR operations as the company continues to scale.

Position Summary

The HR Generalist will support core human resources functions with a focus on compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and payroll support. This is an onsite, part-time role ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and contributing to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Support recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Manage onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, orientation, and system setup
Provide payroll support by assisting with data entry, timekeeping, and coordination with payroll providers
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Serve as a bilingual point of contact for employees, supporting clear communication in both English and Spanish
Assist with HR projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed to support business growth

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR support role
Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
High School Diploma or equivalent required; furthering education in HR is a plus

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
