Performs advanced administrative and clerical support duties in an efficient, professional, and confidential manner in support of Human Resources leadership, including the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and departmental operations.
Provides administrative coordination including calendar management, meeting scheduling, preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes, and follow-up documentation. Assists with tracking action items, coordinating departmental initiatives, supporting HR communications, onboarding activities, and special projects.
Contributes to the effective and efficient operation of the Human Resources department through strong organization, communication, time management, and collaboration, while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee, operational, and organizational information. Exercises sound judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
