Key Responsibilities -------------------

  • Develop and administer various plans and procedures in the assigned functional areas
  • Participate in development of department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Interact with middle and senior management to identify strategies to better serve our team members
  • Recommend improvements in efficiency and services provided in the assigned functional areas
  • Coordinate departmental initiatives across functional areas with other HR team members
  • Assist the Director with analysis of HR department effectiveness for ongoing performance in all areas

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise -------------------------------

Qualifications --------------

  • 2 years HR experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Strong background with employee development, HR Process Management, and coaching
  • Experience with investigations, analysis, and resolution for compliance and legal matters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
