Job Summary
The Human Resources Director acts in a key leadership role within Kenaitze Indian Tribe whose primary responsibility is the oversight of the Tribe's human resources functions. The Director provides guidance to the Executive Director of Tribal Administration and Director of Health Systems in planning and implementing human resources goals, initiatives and structure in alignment with the Tribe's values and vision. The Director reports to the Executive Director of Tribal Administration and responds to budgetary and performance measures, achievement of goals and strategies, and results of monitoring functions. This position works towards and encourages collaboration with the Tribe's programs and outside agencies to carry out optimal customer care and support services.
