Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree is required
Experience:
• Must have at least 7 years of professional Human Resources experience within a healthcare setting
• Union experience preferred. Labor Relations (Union experience, administering collective bargaining agreements, handling grievances and arbitration preparation). Multi-union experience preferred
• Experience leading HR functions across multiple disciplines including: Employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management.
• Experience supervising HR staff
• Healthcare experience (acute care hospital strongly preferred)
• HR Certifications (preferably SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
• Rural healthcare experience preferred
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.
• Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
Our client, a healthcare facility located in Northern NV has a need of a Hospital HR Director to join their team. Candidates MUST have at least 7 years of EXPERIENCE IN A HR Director role to be considered! Please do NOT apply if you don't have HR Director experienced!

• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
