We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in onboarding, benefits administration, employee records management, payroll support, and HR operations.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee records.
- Support employee benefits administration programs.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding benefits, onboarding, payroll, schedules, and company policies.
- Maintain personnel files and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support payroll and timekeeping administration.
- Prepare and audit various HR and operational reports.
- Participate in annual benefits open enrollment activities.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in hospitality, vacation ownership, timeshare, or a related industry.
