Position Description: Single Point of Contact (SPOC) National Attendance Program (NAP)
This position is responsible for ensuring that the National Attendance Program (NAP) Family Medical Leave (FMLA), Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA) and tardiness are administered in accordance with the National Agreement, Company Policy, applicable regulations, Company practice and Local Contractual Agreement.
• Develop deep knowledge of contract language on NAP policies and procedures. • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with NAP regulations and company policies. • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to NAP administration, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
