Location: Tallahassee, FL

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Academic Liaison / Student Onboarding Coordinator to support onboarding and compliance processes for students, faculty, temporary workers, observers, researchers, and other non-employees requiring access to facilities and systems.

This role will focus on onboarding activities, including processing new requests, coordinating orientation, tracking required documentation, supporting annual requirements, and assisting with separation processes while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding for students and non-employees, including documentation and access requirements

• Maintain accurate records, tracking, and onboarding documentation

• Support orientation and compliance activities

• Assist with affiliation agreements and program documentation

• Partner with internal teams to improve tracking processes

• Provide professional customer service to academic partners and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred

• 3-5 years of administrative, customer service, or HR-related experience preferred

• Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

• Experience supporting HR processes or onboarding preferred
