Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Pay: $25 to $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Overview
This HR Coordinator role focuses on people operations and employee support. The position serves as a first point of contact for the HR department and plays a key role in onboarding, documentation, and day‑to‑day HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for the HR department, responding to and routing questions
Process onboarding documentation and ensure new hire files are complete and accurate
Track pre‑hire and onboarding steps to ensure timely completion
Maintain employee records, including document uploads and HR system updates
Support routine HR workflows such as employee changes and confirmations
Communicate clearly with employees and internal teams to keep processes moving
Qualifications
Previous experience in an HR focus role
Hands‑on experience processing onboarding documents and maintaining files
Professional communication style with strong customer service instincts
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
Nice to Have
Experience using an HRIS system
Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
