Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains accurate HR records, and serves as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries. The role is primarily operational, ensuring that day-to-day HR activities run smoothly.\n \nJob Requirements:\n \nEducation and Work Experience:\n\n High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required\n Zero-Two years' of HR, administrative, or customer service experience : Preferred\n \nEssential Functions:\n\n Provides administrative support to the HR team, including customer support, answering phone, data entry, and record maintenance.\n Assists with onboarding and offboarding procedures.\n Responds to routine employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.\n Supports HR compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits.\n Helps schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.\n Performs other job-related duties as assigned.\n \nThe estimated base pay for this position is $25.89 to $35.51. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
