ONELIFE Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support our corporate office and multi-state senior living operations. This role ensures our employees are supported, our records are accurate and compliant, and our day-to-day HR systems operate with excellence as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator

Executive & Operational Support

  • Provides dedicated administrative and project-based support to the Senior VP of Operations to ensure corporate initiatives are executed efficiently across all locations.
  • Assists as a central point of contact to ensure human resources policies and practices are communicated and implemented consistently across all ONELIFE communities.
  • Serves as a reliable liaison between HR and the Operations team to align people's strategies with business outcomes.

Employee Relations & Support

  • Acts as a dependable resource for corporate and community employee inquiries, providing clear guidance and fostering a sense of stability across the organization.
  • Functions as the company HR support in handling employee relations matters, maintaining a courteous, calm, and professional demeanor.
  • Facilitates conflict resolution and documentation of corrective actions as needed.

Systems & File Management

  • Takes full ownership of HR system management, ensuring the accuracy of all employee data, status changes, and payroll integration.
  • Conducts rigorous employee file reviews and audits to ensure I-9 compliance and up-to-date certifications across the organization.
  • Maintains and organizes digital and physical personnel records in accordance with professional policies.

Onboarding & Talent Support

  •  Facilitates high-quality onboarding and orientation for new corporate employees, ensuring they are integrated into the ONELIFE culture from Day One.
  • Manages background checks and reference checks for corporate office candidates.

Required Experience

  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or a corporate business environment.
  • Previous experience supporting executive leadership (VP level or higher) or operations is highly valued.
  • Proven experience in file auditing, HRIS management, and employee relations support.
  • A strong background in maintaining high-level confidentiality and professional discretion.
  • Knowledge of multi-state compliance (experience with California labor laws is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office systems.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Schedule: 50% In-Office (Corporate Office, Phoenix, AZ) / 50% Remote

Travel: Periodic travel required to support multi-state communities. All travel is company reimbursed, and necessary corporate equipment (laptop/hardware) will be provided.
