Job Overview:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator with experience supporting payroll, HRIS administration, employee records, and personnel changes within a high-volume Human Resources environment. This role reviews payroll batches, processes associate changes in ADP Vantage, maintains employee data, and partners with Recruiting, Benefits, HR Operations, and business leaders to provide exceptional service to associates across the organization.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, deadlines, and established processes. They understand the importance of accuracy while also looking for ways to improve workflows, solve problems, and support continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provideexceptional level of service to our associates by answering questions, responding quicklyand following up on information needed.
- Maintain and electronically file Personnel Files.
- Complete I9’s via E-Verify system on new hire start dates.
- Set up Boot Camp Room for New Hire Orientation and New Manager Onboarding Trainings; including gift bags, folders, name tents, and ordering lunch.
- Responsible for full on-boarding of new associates including tax forms, I9 eligibility and compliance, collecting new hire paperwork, submitting IT ticket setup requests, and sending
- Welcome emails on new hire’s first day of work.
- Maintain daily connection and follow ups regarding on-boarding steps, as needed.
- Administer leave paperwork (FMLA compliance)
- Assist with job postings, placing ads and attending job fairs, as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related human resources experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- Desire to take ownership and personal responsibility for assignments.
- Advanced knowledge of Word.
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to handle a variety of tasks.
- Self motivated; demonstrated interest in taking initiative, anticipating needs, carrying projects through to completion with minimal direction, and working with a high degree of urgency.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to produce high quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and strong ability to multi-task

Compensation:$25-27/hour
