Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Mathews, LA

Job Overview:  The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible in supporting the day-to-day Human Resources functions of the facility. This role ensures a smooth employee experience while supporting data integrity and administrative needs across multiple departments(i.e. Quality and Training) within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Point of contact for HR visitors
• Maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems

 Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of performing Human Resources functions

Skills and Abilities:

•          Good communication, customer service, presentation, and organizational skills along with being self-motivated
•          Should have a general knowledge of employment laws and Human Resources policies, procedures with familiarity of the I-9 process
•          Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
•         Must have basic computer skills using MS Office programs such as MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.
•         High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
•          Experience with HRIS systems and database management preferred
•         Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
•       Desire to advance into future supervisory role
