POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and managing all employee data, confidential and routine. The HRC supports frontline managers in the hiring, on-boarding, in-servicing, and training of staff, and coordinating employee activities. The Human Resources Coordinator has access to private employee information, and it is essential that confidentiality and privacy be strictly observed. This position is important in setting the standards for employee relations and instilling a positive impression of the staff throughout the Southern Nevada operation.
