Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator in Las Vegas to support our Human Resources operations by delivering exceptional customer service to both internal team members and external candidates. This full-time, on-site HR role in Vegas is hiring immediately and plays a critical role in managing the employee onboarding lifecycle, HR administrative processes, and compliance documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless hiring experience by coordinating new hire processing, conducting background checks, and maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems such as Kronos and Image Quest.
What Will You Be Doing?
Qualifications
Experience: 3-6 months of HR, administrative, customer service, or onboarding support experience preferred
Education: Certificate from a college/technical school OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Technical Skills:
Experience with HRIS systems (Kronos preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Experience with document management systems such as Image Quest preferred
Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential HR information
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
