Bloom Talent is partnering with a well-known fintech startup based in San Francisco seeking to hire an HR Coordinator! This is a new role with a lot of responsibility. The core functions of the role will include managing onboarding, new hire training and benefits administration. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the Human Resources space at a successful tech startup.
Responsibilities:
- Help create an engaging team member experience along with the People Ops team
- Own the onboarding program and ensure all new team members have a positive onboarding experience
- Work with hiring managers to track and support new hire learning and development over their first few months
- Manage and keep the HRIS system up to date and accurate
- Support HR team on benefits tracking and management as needed
- Manage background checks and support employment visa handling
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excitement about personal career growth
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Experience scaling HR processes in a fast paced environment
- Experience with HR software a plus
- Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office software
Compensation: 65-85k DOE
