The HR Clerk supports the HR team with clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry into HRIS portals, maintaining EEO/AA data, processing invoices, preparing new hire packets, and updating employee demographics.
Essential duties also involve scheduling meetings, handling forms, ordering food services, auditing I-9 forms, assisting with background checks, and distributing mail.
Required skills include a high school diploma, proficiency in MS Office, strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills. Preferred knowledge of HR principles and high integrity are advantageous.
Physical demands involve lifting up to 30 pounds, standing, walking, and other movements.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with wages ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
