Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing HR support to assigned Business Units as well as coordinating and supporting Employee Relations and Employee Engagement programs and policies. This highly engaged position supports assigned HR initiatives and serves as HR contact point for employee relations and employee experience to assigned units.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to assigned Business Units leaders and employees in various HR-related topics such as employee relations, employee engagement, progressive performance improvement, team development, and on boarding and off boarding supports.
- Supports HR Investigations and at the direction of Director of Employee Experience conducts investigations into employee complaints and allegations. HRBP will execute the investigation process on employee related issues including conducting investigative interviews, reviewing findings, and making recommendations for resolution as well as elevating concerns to the appropriate level.
- Serves as point of contact and HR liaison for assigned Business Units.
- Promote HR Programs and resources to help facilitate an efficient, highly engaged, and conflict-free workplace.
- Supports the leave process by referring employees to appropriate leave resources and provides access to information regarding leave status to Managers and Directors on case status related to employee relations and employee leaves.
- Responsible for assisting the Director of Employee Experience in the execution of employee development programs, including performance reviews as well as the ongoing management of related files and documentation.
- Serves as a resource to Directors in managing and addressing employee performance and represents HR in off boarding of employees.
- Supports the Director of Employee Experience in coordinating and implementing Human Resources related training programs including leadership development training, harassment training, and new employee onboarding.
- Facilitates On Boarding initiatives for new hires to include Day 1 Orientation and 90 Day follow up.
- Participates in committees as assigned
- Implements and coordinates new and ongoing employee engagement activities including ongoing review and recommendations for improvement.
- Proactively makes recommendations and suggestions for positive procedure changes, understands and supports the review and updating of policies and procedures to support consistency and clarity.
- Provides guidance on career development and internal training opportunities.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources HR Professional certification preferred (e.g. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
Working Conditions:
- Position may require some travel.
- May require frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting using proper body mechanics.
- Position requires attendance, as scheduled, to ensure requirements are met.
- Requires attending meetings as well as participation on committees as required.
- May require participation in in-service programs, cross-training, and mandatory classes.
- Maintain confidentiality in all patient, hospital, and physician-related information; demonstrate complete discretion when discussing confidential information.
Pay Range:$68,000 - $85,000 annually
Employee salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
