We are on the hunt for a dynamic and seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play an integral role in our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance management, investigations, training, and employee engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, who can effectively align our people strategy with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Managing the recruitment and selection process.
4. Supporting business needs through the development and maintenance of our human resources systems and programs.
5. Conducting thorough and objective investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
6. Monitoring and ensuring our company's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
7. Reviewing and refining our performance management system to drive high performance.
8. Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
9. Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.
10. Participating in decision-making processes about corporate HR issues.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification will be a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role within a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
4. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
5. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
6. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
9. Strong ethics and reliability.
