Human Resources Business Partner (Hybrid)
Location: Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA
Assignment Length: Minimum 4-Month Contract Assignment
A growing organization in Kearny Mesa is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on a minimum 4-month contract basis. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leadership to support employees and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers and leadership regarding employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
Support recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Assist with policy interpretation, compliance, and HR procedures
Provide guidance regarding leave administration, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives
Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and other internal departments as needed
Assist with special HR projects and process improvements
Qualifications
3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in an HRBP or Generalist capacity
Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Contract role
Hybrid schedule with onsite work in Kearny Mesa, San Diego
Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm PST
Compensation: $36.00-$43.00 per hour DOE
