Our team is looking for a HR Business Partner which can be based in Ontic's Chatsworth California Office. The Human Resources Business Partner works strategically and serves as a key member of the site senior leadership team, providing trusted advice and coaching to drive organizational success. You will define, develop and implement talent strategies and solutions tailored to the site, ensuring alignment with the Global HR Operating model. You will collaborate with the HR Centers of Expertise to deliver consistent and effective HR services, including performance management, organizational design, employee relations, benefits and compensation, talent acquisition, talent management, training, compliance, equality and diversity.
