Benton County is searching for an exceptional HR professional to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Business Analyst III is responsible for supporting assigned departments in recruitment, employee and labor relations, performance management, legal compliance, and policy/contract administration. This position will also serve as the Countys benefits and wellness program administrator providing leadership to the County-wide Benefits and Wellness Committee.

Lower-Level Option:
The goal is to fill this position as a Human Resources Analyst III. However, applicants who can meet the minimum qualifications for the Human Resources Analyst II are encouraged to apply. This position can be filled at a level 2 or 3, depending on qualifications.

Annual salary range of:
BA2: $74,085.86 - $101,026.02
BA3: $80,012.61 - $102,107.65
This position is eligible for two salary raises within your first year as long as your performance is in good standing!
