Under general direction, this position serves as the primary resource for all health, welfare, and retirement programs, combining the precision of compliance expertise with the empathy of exceptional service delivery. Ensures employees are supported through comprehensive benefits administration and strategic program design Responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of employee benefits-from enrollment and administration to vendor management and regulatory compliance-while contributing to the broader HR transformation that positions The River as a model of innovation and employee well-being. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position classifies the physical exertion requirements as sedentary work involving lifting no more than 25 pounds at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required occasionally, and other sedentary criteria are met.
